Hand painted tin-glazed earthenware (fayence) plate with chinoiserie pattern, showing a pipe-smoker man in the centre and flowers on the rim. The edge is slightly warn-off and the glaze is rough or missing at some parts. Made in the 19th century in Strasbourg (?), France.
